Changes to Century Park's Park & Ride

On March 1, the City of Edmonton will return land containing 454 Park & Ride stalls back to Century Park Development Ltd., according to the lease agreement between the City and the developer.

The only paid reserved parking stalls at Century Park after March 1 will be those operated by the developer.

Customers who currently pay for City-operated reserved stalls have the option to make independent arrangements for monthly reserved parking in the landowner’s private Park & Ride, or use City operated free parking.

The City will continue to operate approximately 390 Park & Ride stalls at Century Park. These stalls offer free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

These changes are part of the overall development zoning plan that guides the transition of the Century Park land into a high-density, mixed-use, transit-oriented urban village.
